Returns

If for some reason your purchase was not what was expected then please contact busybaby to discuss the matter.

If the item is faulty, does not match the description or is not fit for the purpose specified then we will replace or refund it inclusive of postage costs. Please contact busybaby to arrange postage.

If you change your mind and the item is returned in a saleable condition in the original packing we will be happy to offer you a credit minus the postage costs. It must be unused and unwashed (in the case of nappies). A restocking fee may be applied for certain items.

For all returns the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving it in order to receive an exchange or, store credit or refund. If the 14 day period has passed then please contact us to discuss the matter further.

Only products held in stock by busybaby are listed on the site. In the event a human error is made and the item purchased is not available or will be delayed then busybaby will offer a refund, exchange to an item at the same value or acceptance of the delay without incurring any additional postage costs.
